Role Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with 6–8 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in **Java, Angular and AWS**. The ideal candidate will bring experience in system design, architecture, automated testing and secure application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and enhance full-stack applications using Java, Angular and AWS.
- Contribute to system design and architectural decisions.
- Build and maintain automated tests to improve application quality and reliability.
- Apply secure coding practices and information security principles.
- Troubleshoot application issues and resolve production incidents.
- Support integrations with Workday and other upstream and downstream systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders on enhancements.
- Participate in a team responsible for **24x7 support of business-critical applications**.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on Java backend development skills.
- Strong Angular frontend development experience.
- Practical experience developing and supporting applications on AWS.
- Experience with system design and application architecture.
- Experience with automated testing.
- Understanding of application security and secure coding practices.
- Experience maintaining and enhancing mature enterprise applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills.
- Ability to work with complex integrations and multiple system dependencies.
