Description

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive technical design, delivery execution, and

engineering excellence for enterprise-grade financial technology solutions. This role combines deep

hands-on development with technical leadership — you will own driving design decisions, lead

delivery of complex features, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining

the highest standards of code quality and system reliability.

Enterprise Development Experience

Proven track record of designing, architecting, and deploying production-grade applications using

object-oriented programming principles and database technologies

Experience leading technical delivery for teams of 3-6 engineersAgile Development Background

Hands-on experience building enterprise-level solutions within iterative development methodologiesand Agile frameworks

Experience with sprint planning, estimation, and delivery forecastingSoftware Engineering Best Practices

Proficiency with industry-standard development practices including automated testing frameworks,

continuous integration/deployment pipelines, and configuration management tools

Experience establishing and maintaining engineering standards for a team Core Technology Stack

Advanced proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript

Experience with Angular 18 or later versions for modern web application development, RxJS, Ngx

Formly, monorepo architecture

Ability to design component architectures and establish reusable patterns for the team

Quality Assurance & Testing

Ability to develop comprehensive end-to-end tests using Playwright with TypeScript, along with

integration and performance testing capabilities

Experience defining testing strategies and ensuring team-wide adoption of quality practices

DevOps & CI/CD

Strong experience implementing continuous integration and deployment workflows using Jenkins

and/or GitHub Actions

Ability to optimize pipeline performance and establish deployment best practices

Cloud Architecture & AWS Services

Expertise in designing and implementing event-driven architectures leveraging:

Messaging services (SQS/SNS)

Serverless computing (AWS Lambda)

API Gateway, Step Functions

Data storage solutions (S3, RDS, DocumentDB, DynamoDB)

Container orchestration (ECS)

Experience making infrastructure decisions and designing for scalability, reliability, and cost

efficiency

Job Title

Lead FS JavaScript Engineer

• Proven track record of designing, architecting, and deploying production-grade applications using

object-oriented programming principles and database technologies. Should have at least 1-2 years

of technical lead experience in an enterprise environment.

• Tech stack experience required is Angular/TypeScript/Node in an AWS environment.
• Must have end-to-end development experience including design/development/automated testing and deployment with Jenkins/GitHub, etc.
