Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a licensed mental health counselor will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health issues and needs.
• Developing and implementing effective, individualized treatment plans to facilitate client progress.
• Delivering high-quality individual therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused brief therapy.
• Establishing clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitoring client progress toward achieving these objectives.
• Providing teletherapy options to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges or scheduling difficulties.
• Maintaining meticulous and ethical documentation of all therapy sessions and client interactions.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess

• A valid state license as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

Compensation and Benefits
