Key Responsibilities • The Regional Clinical Trainer plans, develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates educational and clinical programs in the assigned region. Requirements • One (1) year of full-time experience planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs in a psychiatric setting • Two (2) years of experience developing and managing projects • Two (2) years of experience developing training programs • Two (2) years facilitating in-person and virtual training Benefits & Compensation • Salary: $88,090 - $108,823 Work Schedule • Full-Time position. • Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

• No weekends required. • Night or evening shifts may be required. This position offers weekends off, hybrid flexibility.
