Role Description This part-time, on-site Email Marketing/Ad Specialist role is based in Loughborough. The specialist will plan, create, and schedule email campaigns to promote personalized sporting products and drive customer engagement. Daily responsibilities include segmenting email lists, optimizing email content and layouts, tracking campaign performance, and supporting online advertising initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with the wider marketing and sales teams to align messaging, generate leads, and refine campaigns based on performance data.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively use Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools.
• Skills in Marketing Analytics to interpret data, track performance, and improve campaign outcomes.
• Strong Communication abilities to craft clear, engaging messages and collaborate with internal teams.
• Experience with Lead Generation strategies to grow subscriber lists and convert prospects.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or retail marketing is an advantage.
