Sales Account Executive

based in the Dallas market. Headquartered in NYC, our client is the leading news source for commercial and residential real estate, reaching millions of industry professionals daily across digital, print, and major live event channels.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of closing new business and 2–3 years of experience selling advertising or media solutions using a consultative approach. Typical average annual deal sizes range from $50K to $100K+.

This role is focused on driving local and national revenue across real estate and endemic industry advertisers, expanding the company’s regional portfolio, and leading event sponsorship sales for high-profile industry gatherings.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, develop, and grow new business across multiple media channels: digital, print, and live events.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
• Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to track activity, forecast revenue, and report on key sales metrics.
• Collaborate with internal operations and ad trafficking teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and billing.
• Formulate strategic account plans in coordination with executive sales leadership.
• Represent the brand at key industry events, building direct relationships with top-tier decision-makers.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of direct advertising/media sales experience in a client-facing role (Required).
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with sales CRMs, campaign reporting tools, and digital media metrics.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize high-value leads, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with event sponsorship sales is a major plus.
