We’re looking for a creative, digitally savvy Social Media & Community Manager to join an ambitious creative agency, developing engaging social content and building thriving online communities for a diverse portfolio of exciting brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, start conversations and connect with brands. You’ll combine creative thinking with platform expertise, community engagement and performance analysis to deliver social campaigns that make an impact.

Working closely with the creative, content and client services teams, you’ll help bring brands to life across social channels, develop their online presence and turn audiences into active, engaged communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and deliver social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand, audience and commercial objectives.
  • Content Creation: Plan, create and publish engaging social content, including copy, graphics, short-form video, Reels, Stories and platform-specific campaigns.
  • Community Management: Manage daily interactions across social channels, responding to comments, messages and mentions while building positive relationships with online audiences.
  • Content Planning: Own social media calendars, ensuring content is timely, relevant, consistent and aligned with wider marketing campaigns.
  • Audience Growth: Identify opportunities to grow followers, increase engagement and strengthen brand awareness through creative ideas and emerging trends.
  • Social Listening: Monitor conversations, audience sentiment, competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and inform content strategies.
  • Campaign Delivery: Support the delivery of integrated social campaigns, working collaboratively with designers, copywriters, account managers and other specialists.
  • Reporting & Insights: Track performance across key platforms, analyse engagement and audience metrics, and use insights to continually improve results.
  • Client Relationships: Present ideas, share performance updates and contribute recommendations that demonstrate the value of social media activity.
  • Platform Innovation: Stay ahead of platform developments, cultural moments, creator trends and new content formats to keep client accounts fresh and relevant.

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity, organisation and a genuine passion for social media and online communities.

You’ll ideally have

  • Experience in social media management, community management or a similar digital marketing role, ideally within a creative or marketing agency.
  • A strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Experience planning, creating and publishing engaging social-first content.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone of voice for different brands and audiences.
  • A natural understanding of online communities, audience behaviour and what drives meaningful engagement.
  • Confidence using social media management, scheduling and analytics tools.
  • The ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines and competing priorities.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach, with plenty of ideas and the confidence to bring them to life.
  • A keen interest in digital culture, emerging trends and the evolving social media landscape.

If you’re passionate about creating brilliant social content, building engaged communities and helping brands stand out, we’d love to hear from you.
