Senior Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Leeds – Hybrid working
Industry: Home Furnishings / Retail – Tiles
Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded digital marketer to join our marketing team and help bring a brand-new tile brand to market – then keep its marketing moving once it’s live.
Before launch, you’ll help roll out the brand, set up the website and product range, and build the assets and channels needed to go live. After launch, you’ll help run the day-to-day marketing across social, email, website, content and promotions.
The tile brand will be your main focus. As part of a team working across a portfolio of flooring brands, you’ll also lend a hand on our other brands from time to time when priorities call for it.
The new brand sits within an established, growing flooring e-commerce business. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team, design, product and external partners, with the support and expertise of an experienced team behind you.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the marketing activity around new product launches for the tile brand, from planning through to execution, working closely with senior members of the team.
- Support the launch and ongoing development of a new company website, ensuring content is engaging, accurate and commercially effective.
- Help support company’s ecommerce offering, identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey, conversion and online sales.
- Coordinate delivery of projects by briefing photographers, designers, suppliers, agencies and internal teams, managing assets through to approval, and aligning campaigns with launches and promotions.
- Plan and deliver promotional campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement and sales.
- Plan, write and manage content across product and category pages, guides, social media, email and launch campaigns, including inspirational, educational and product-led content.
- Work with internal teams and external suppliers/agencies to deliver campaigns and marketing projects.
- Monitor the performance of the channels you support, such as organic social and email, using data and insight to measure your work and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development and delivery of the wider marketing strategy and marketing plan.
About You
We’re looking for someone organised, creative and commercially focused, who enjoys getting stuck in and seeing projects through from start to finish.
You’ll ideally have
- Around 3–4 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within ecommerce, consumer brands, interiors/home, retail or another product-led business.
- Hands-on experience across organic social, email marketing, website content and ecommerce.
- Experience supporting a brand, website or product launch (desirable).
- Strong copywriting skills, with a good eye for detail and an understanding of tone of voice.
- Experience working with website CMS or ecommerce platforms (e.g. Magento, Shopify or similar).
- A good eye for imagery and design, with experience briefing creative or using tools like Canva or Adobe.
- Experience using AI-powered tools
- Project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- The confidence to work independently while collaborating well with colleagues, agencies and suppliers.
