About the role
We’re one of the UK’s fastest-growing poke and Japanese-inspired food groups, and we’re looking for a Marketing Executive to manage our Local Marketing & Partnerships.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: delivering local campaigns, building partnerships with businesses and communities, supporting new shop and menu launches, and turning local opportunities into visits, orders and sales.
Working closely with our Head of Marketing and Operations team, you’ll bring campaigns to life across our shops and build relationships that support our growth. If you enjoy making connections, getting out into the business and seeing the commercial impact of your ideas, this one’s for you.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing and delivering local marketing activity tailored to individual shops and their neighbourhoods.
- Identifying, approaching and managing partnerships with local businesses, offices, universities, gyms and community organisations.
- Creating joint promotions, sampling opportunities and events that attract new customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Building relationships with nearby offices to generate catering enquiries and group orders.
- Managing partnership activity from initial outreach through to launch, ongoing communication and performance review.
- Building relationships with shop managers and Operations teams, and bringing their insights into marketing decisions.
- Supporting new shop openings, menu launches and wider brand campaigns across our shops.
- Coordinating in-shop campaign materials, including print production, distribution and installation.
- Making sure shop teams have the information and materials they need to deliver campaigns and partner offers.
- Supporting local digital activity, including Google listings, delivery platforms, CRM and social media.
- Working with suppliers, agencies and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Tracking campaign and partnership results, using sales data and customer feedback to improve activity.
- Helping organise photoshoots, events and other on-site activations.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in marketing, partnerships or business development, ideally within hospitality, retail or a consumer brand.
- A strong understanding of how local marketing and partnerships can drive visits, orders and sales.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence approaching potential partners and presenting ideas.
- The ability to turn opportunities into practical campaigns and follow them through to completion.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several projects and priorities at once.
- A proactive, practical approach to solving problems.
- Confidence reviewing results and using them to improve future activity.
- Willingness to travel regularly between Honi Poke shops and attend partner meetings and local events.
Desirable
- Experience developing local partnerships, corporate offers or community activations.
- Experience working closely with restaurant or retail Operations teams.
- Experience supporting shop openings, sampling campaigns or events.
- Familiarity with CRM, delivery platforms and local digital marketing.
- Experience coordinating print production, signage or campaign installations.
You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of local marketing and partnership projects, work closely with our shop teams and make a visible contribution to Honi Poke’s growth.
What we offer
- Competitive salary of up to £40,000 a year reviewed annually.
- Hybrid working - London office base, 4 days in the office and one day out.
- 30 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
- Free lunch every day and generous discount across all our brands for you and your friends and family.
- Private health insurance and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
- Growth - a genuine path as the group scales.
- A team that ships - small, senior, low-ego, and moving fast.
You’ll join a growing group where you can take ownership of projects, see your work in the real world and help shape how our brands connect with customers.
