Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing London-based organisation looking for enthusiastic Junior Marketing and Sales Assistants to join their face-to-face charity fundraising and sales team.
No previous marketing, sales, fundraising or customer service experience needed. Full training is provided from day one.
What you’ll do
- Represent well-known charities face-to-face in your local community, raising awareness of their campaigns.
- Share each charity’s mission and impact with members of the public in a clear and engaging way.
- Build rapport, answer questions and guide new supporters through sign-up.
- Learn how to communicate a brand’s message and adapt your approach to different audiences.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
What we’re looking for
- Friendly, confident and a strong communicator.
- Creative, self-motivated, resilient and eager to learn.
- Interested in marketing, brand awareness and promoting good causes.
- Comfortable in a customer-facing, target-driven sales role.
- Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, marketing, events, leisure, healthcare or education, and graduates, all welcome.
What you’ll get
- Full training in face-to-face marketing, communication and sales, plus ongoing coaching and career progression.
- Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary and uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
