Engagement Coordinator

We are looking for an Engagement Coordinator to help expand participation in education-focused initiatives across New York, New York. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with educators, coordinating outreach efforts, and creating positive experiences through both online and in-person engagement.

The role

centers on building trusted relationships within the education community while supporting program awareness and event execution. Responsibilities:• Guide teachers through program goals, value, and participation steps so they can confidently get involved. • Coordinate and support engagement activities delivered in virtual settings as well as face-to-face events.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with teachers and other members of the education community. • Communicate with participants and partners through clear, timely email outreach and follow-up. • Assist with planning and organizing educational events to encourage awareness and participation.

• Track interactions and engagement efforts to help maintain consistent communication with stakeholders. • Represent the program professionally in community outreach efforts and relationship-building activities.
