What You'll Be Doing

The Dynamics 365 Developer will design, develop and support secure, scalable solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure, delivering effective CRM capabilities and integrations.

  • Develop and configure Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including Dataverse, model-driven apps and automation.
  • Build custom functionality and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs and Azure services.
  • Design and maintain Power Automate flows and troubleshoot application, data and integration issues.
  • Support the full development lifecycle, including technical design, estimation, testing, code reviews, deployment and documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders while ensuring solutions meet security, governance, risk and development standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse solutions.
  • Strong C#/.NET development skills, including Dataverse plug-ins, custom APIs and integration services.
  • Strong Power Platform experience, particularly Power Automate and Model-Driven Apps.
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs and Azure services.
  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, App Registrations and managed identities.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git source control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse security, business units, teams and field-level security.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support production issues using tracing, monitoring and logging tools.
