Job Description

Lead the AI transformation and end-to-end business intelligence for a large-scale operational business. As the first technical hire, you will build data pipelines, warehousing, and dashboards from scratch while integrating LLMs and automation tools into physical operations. This role directly impacts efficiency across multiple business lines and locations, providing a foundational capability for the entire organization.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement a robust BI infrastructure, including data pipelines, warehousing, and real-time dashboards for over 25 locations.
• Integrate LLM-powered workflows and automation tools to drive labor efficiency and financial decision-making across the organization.
• Partner directly with finance and operations leadership to build custom AI and data products that serve multiple expanding business lines.

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience building end-to-end data pipelines and BI infrastructure in an operational or logistics-heavy environment.
• Strong technical background in AI integration, specifically with LLMs and workflow automation tools to solve real-world problems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to act as a solo technical lead and navigate complex, physical-world operational challenges.
