Commission-Based Account Manager (Part Time)
Earn £2,500 to £9,000 for every contract you open – plus recurring commission.
THE SHORT VERSION – please read before applying
- You earn commission: 10–15% of every contract you win, plus up to 6% of the client's monthly fees for 12 months.
- Each contract is worth £25,000 to £60,000, so one deal earns you £2,500 to £9,000 before any recurring commission.
- There is no salary, no day rate, no retainer and no expenses. Commission is paid once the client has paid us.
- This is a part-time side role, worked around your existing job: before 9am, after 5pm or at weekends. Expected to leverage you existing network and hit the ground running.
- If you need a salary or a day rate, this role is not for you. It suits people with a strong network who can see the long game.
WHAT YOU COULD EARN
NHS contracts (commission 10–15%)
- Pilot, from £25,000: you earn £2,500 to £3,750
- Department, around £40,000: you earn £4,000 to £6,000
- Enterprise, around £60,000: you earn £6,000 to £9,000
Direct contracts: teleradiology and imaging providers, recruitment and locum agencies, payroll and umbrella companies
These start with a pilot from £25,000 (you earn £2,500 to £3,750). The client then pays a monthly fee based on the staff time our digital workers give back, and you earn up to 6% of that fee for the first 12 months:
- £1,300 a month: up to £936
- £1,750 a month: up to £1,260
- £2,500 a month: up to £1,800
- £5,000 a month: up to £3,600
- £7,000 a month: up to £5,040
What a first year could look like
Open two NHS pilots and one direct client at £2,500 a month, and you could earn up to £13,050 in your first year, from two or three good introductions a month, part time.
- 2 NHS pilots at £25,000: up to £7,500
- 1 direct client (£25,000 pilot, then £2,500 a month): up to £5,550
Meeting in your first three months
- A meeting counts once it has taken place with a decision-maker (for example a Head of Department, Operations Director, CIO, CTO, MD or owner) at an organisation on our target list that has admin work we can automate.
- We want quality, not quantity: two or three good meetings a month.

weAutomate provides cloud-based digital workers that take over repetitive admin work. They run fully unattended, around the clock, for one monthly fee. Our customers are NHS trusts, teleradiology and diagnostic imaging providers, recruitment and locum agencies, and payroll and umbrella companies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Open conversations with decision-makers in your existing network.
- Set up two or three good meetings a month. Our team leads the demonstrations and delivery.
- Help close contracts and hand clients over smoothly.
- Keep your pipeline up to date in our CRM.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Current senior relationships in at least one of: NHS trusts, teleradiology or diagnostic imaging, recruitment or locum agencies, or payroll and umbrella companies.
- A track record of contracts you have personally helped close.
- Comfort with commission-based pay.
- A few hours a week to give outside your main job.
TERMS
- Commission is paid monthly, once the client has paid us. Expect little or no commission for the first 60 to 90 days while deals develop.
- Recurring commission builds as your clients grow. As the business grows, we will review terms with the people who helped build it.
- This is a business-to-business engagement through your own limited company. You handle your own tax.
