Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Principal Platform Product Manager to lead key capabilities on its value-based care platform. The role will own incentive reputed company management and provider activation, defining data models, business rules, workflows, and detailed product specifications while driving capabilities through development and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own two connected capability areas on our value-based care platform: incentive reputed company management (how providers earn and track performance-based payments) and provider activation (how new providers and practices get onboarded and set up to use the platform)
- You'll reputed company take on additional capability areas over time, but these two are the immediate focus
- You'll define how these capabilities should work in detail — data model, business rules, edge reputed company, user workflows — and then own getting them built and shipped
Skills
- 15+Years Experience
- 6+ years in product management, with experience owning a capability or product area end-to end (not just contributing to someone else's roadmap)
- Demonstrated ability to define detailed product requirements yourself — you can write a spec that engineering can build from without much back-and-forth
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making progress without a reputed company spec
- A “doer” mindset: hands-on with reputed company, workflows, and edge reputed company, not just reputed company management
- Experience working with reputed company distributed / offshore engineering teams and the schedule flexibility that requires
- Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Tech Savvy — proactively seeks, understands, and leverages the right reputed company, and stays skilled and adaptable with commonly used tools
- Experience in healthcare reputed company, particularly value-based care, risk adjustment, or quality measurement (e.g., HEDIS, Stars)
- Experience with provider-facing onboarding, credentialing, or activation workflows
