Workers Compensation Bill Review Lead

Leading a team of medical bill reviewers, the full-time Workers Compensation Bill Review Lead will manage daily operations, provide training and performance feedback, and ensure accurate analysis of complex medical bills in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory and assign tasks to bill review staff
• Analyze complex medical bills and make payment recommendations based on various guidelines and regulations
• Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 3+ years of experience in complex Workers' Compensation Bill Review
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT codes, and DRG
• Experience supervising staff members
• CPC (Certified Professional Coding) coursework or certification is a plus
