Description

• Inherit and grow a marketing team of over 40 people
• Develop a clear brand identity and brand strategy
• Identify gaps within the brand, marketing operations, or team.
• Create a marketing road map and multi year plan to keep up with the companies growth.
• Focus on brand position on market, marketing communications, working closely with sales and sales enablement.
• Focus on creating a premium and luxury brand within our space.
• Hire, grow and develop your marketing team and senior marketing leaders.
• Serve as a strategic advisor for all things marketing, GTM for the C level leadership

Profile

A successful VP of Marketing should have

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field
• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience minimum.
• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience.
• B2B marketing with a focus on brand strategy, and marketing communications
• Track record in scaling a marketing team, track record in a high growth company.
• Must have worked for a comparable large multi billion dollar company.
• Experience leading a complex and matrix-ed team.

Job Offer

• A competitive salary range of $160-225k base salary, commensurate with experience (flexible for the right candidate).
• Aggressive bonus plan over $100k opportunity in variable compensation putting the package at $260-350k
• Comprehensive benefits package.
• ROLE MUST BE IN VIRGINIA - Relocation assistance will be provided
