About The Role

Comply is looking for a VP of Demand Generation to build and lead the enterprise pipeline engine that turns marketing into predictable revenue. You’ll own the engine that turns marketing spend into qualified pipeline and revenue. As VP of Demand Generation, you’ll architect and run a multi-tiered ABM program. from 1:1 plays on named strategic accounts to 1:few campaigns across priority segments and sit shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales to agree on targets, orchestrate outreach, and convert intent into pipeline. You’ll make events, paid media, and field marketing work as an integrated pipeline system rather than disconnected tactics, and partner with Product Marketing to sharpen the messaging that lands with a regulated, risk-averse buying committee.

What you’ll do

• Own marketing-sourced pipeline and ARR, maintaining a healthy pipeline-coverage ratio and improving MQL→SQL and opportunity→win conversion.
• Design and run a multi-tiered ABM program, from 1:1 named-account plays to scaled 1:few campaigns.
• Own the ABM/intent platform (6sense or Demandbase) and the broader martech stack
• Build and own a multi-touch attribution model and real-time ROI reporting to the executive team.
• Partner with sales leadership and AEs to define target accounts and build account-level campaign plans.
• Make events, paid media, and field marketing a single pipeline system, each with a target account list and pipeline outcome.
• Drive SDR alignment and partner with Product Marketing on ICP-aligned messaging.

What success looks like in your first 90 days

• You’ve assessed the current funnel and stood up (or refined) the enterprise ABM strategy.
• You’ve aligned with sales leadership on target accounts and the field-marketing calendar.
• You’re reporting pipeline performance and coverage clearly to the CMO and stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

Must-have

• 10+ years of B2B marketing, with 5+ leading demand generation and ABM at a SaaS company.
• Track record owning a marketing-sourced pipeline/ARR number and scaling ABM that drove revenue.
• Hands-on ownership of a 6sense, or Demandbase-class intent/ABM platform and martech stack.
• Experience at executive events, trade shows, and regional programs that generated pipeline.
• Strong communication, especially to Executives.
• Data-driven use of intent data, attribution, BI tools, and funnel analytics.

Nice-to-have

• Experience marketing into financial services or another regulated, committee-driven industry.
• Experience using AI for campaign personalization, predictive account scoring, and content velocity.

The all-in total compensation for this role is $186,000 and $222,000, and is specific to the United States. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range would be $155,000 - $185,000 plus applicable bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience.
