Help a growing not-for-profit build the GTM and RevOps engine behind its UK and US expansion, connecting data, automation, CRM and outbound into a scalable system.

We have demonstrated that senior professionals are willing to make their time available to raise money for causes they care about, and that individuals and organisations value the opportunity to secure meaningful professional conversations.

Our challenge now is scale.

At present, too much growth activity depends on individual outreach and manual effort. As we expand into the United States, we need a repeatable system that identifies the right prospects, recognises signals of likely interest, delivers relevant outreach, captures responses, guides people through the appropriate journey and shows us what is working.

This volunteer could have an unusually significant impact by helping us build that underlying growth infrastructure.

A well-designed GTM and RevOps engine would allow TGN to

• reach more relevant senior professionals and organisations;
• reduce reliance on manual founder-led outreach;
• make better use of the technology and data we already have;
• support our growing commercial internship programme;
• improve conversion and follow-up;
• create a scalable foundation for our US expansion;
• and ultimately generate more professional connections and more charitable donations.

The work has the potential to influence how TGN grows globally.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with practical experience in GTM engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, marketing automation or modern B2B outbound infrastructure.

You might currently work as a GTM Engineer, RevOps specialist, Sales Ops professional, growth engineer, automation consultant or technical marketer.

Particularly useful experience includes

• HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms;
• sales and marketing automation;
• LinkedIn-based prospecting and outbound;
• data enrichment and prospect intelligence;
• tools such as ZoomInfo, Clay, Zapier, Make, HeyReach, Smartlead or similar;
• lead scoring, segmentation and signal-based targeting;
• building multichannel outbound sequences;
• workflow integration using APIs, webhooks or no-code/low-code tools;
• reporting, attribution and funnel analytics;
• designing scalable processes for SDR or business-development teams.

You do not need experience with every tool listed.

More important is the ability to look at a GTM problem, design a sensible solution and then build it, rather than simply recommending what someone else should do.

Experience working with start-ups, scale-ups or resource-constrained organisations would be particularly useful.

An interest in social impact, charitable giving or helping a not-for-profit organisation scale would be a strong advantage.

What will you be doing?

Time to Give Network (TGN) is a UK not-for-profit Community Interest Company that turns valuable professional time and connections into charitable donations.

We have proved the model, built a community of 400+ professionals and generated donations for more than 50 charities. We are now launching our next-generation platform and expanding into the United States.

We need an experienced, hands-on GTM / RevOps Engineer to help us turn a collection of good tools, data and ideas into a coherent, measurable growth engine.

This is not primarily a strategy role. We are looking for someone who enjoys actually building and implementing systems.

You may help us

• design our end-to-end GTM and RevOps architecture;
• define ICPs, segments and buying/engagement signals for TimeGivers, TimeBidders, sponsors and partners;
• integrate and make better use of tools including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo;
• evaluate outbound platforms such as HeyReach and appropriate alternatives;
• design signal-based prospecting and lead-scoring processes;
• build automated email, LinkedIn and follow-up workflows;
• improve lead routing, CRM hygiene, reporting and attribution;
• develop self-guided conversion journeys using landing pages, content, video and case studies;
• create repeatable processes that students and volunteers can operate safely and effectively;
• establish dashboards and KPIs covering outreach, engagement, registrations, conversions and charitable impact;
• test, learn and refine the system as we grow in the UK and US.

You would work directly with the CEO and relevant members of the wider TGN team.
