If you thrive on building something from the ground up, love turning relationships into results, and want to bring innovative, high-value dental solutions to practices across your territory — this is your opportunity.

You'll take ownership of business development, build lasting local partnerships, manage dealer networks, and drive the successful market entry of our innovative dental products. We want someone full of drive, with ideas, and strong self-motivation — someone who doesn't just hit targets, but grows the market.

Key Responsibilities

1、Drive business development within the territory and establish strong, sustainable local partnerships.

2、Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; take full ownership of territory performance.

3、Provide pre-sales and post-sales training, plus comprehensive business support, to authorized dealers.

4、Execute market development initiatives, manage dealer relationships, and implement marketing strategies.

5、Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical training to dental practices, clinics, and DSOs.

6、Collaborate with product, technology, and marketing teams on user growth and brand promotion.

7、Monitor industry and market trends; proactively identify and pursue new cooperation opportunities.

8、Assist the General Manager in ensuring compliant market entry of products (FDA/local regulations).

9、Support DSO compliance and standardization efforts.

10、Valid driver's license; willingness to travel frequently.

11、Results-driven and able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

1、Bachelor's degree or higher.

2、3+ years of B2B sales experience within the dental industry

3、Experience with CBCT and digital dental products preferred.

4、Hands-on experience in dealer management and independent territory development required.

5、Familiarity with medical device market access processes (e.g., CE/FDA/local registration).

6、Existing relationships in dentistry highly desirable.

7、Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

8、Understanding of DSO relations and experience preferred.
