Position Overview

As a Director in Marketing Strategy, you will craft integrated marketing strategies, orchestrate brand experiences, and drive business growth. You will serve as both a trusted external advisor and an inspiring internal mentor—collaborating across creative services, marketing operations, media, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and championing marketing strategies to grow our clients’ business
- Leading teams of UX and creative resources in executing web experience design and integrated marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Gathering and analyzing insights and data to identify opportunities for enhancing design performance
- Building trusted relationships as a strategic advisor to help clients grow their brands through effective marketing channels and experiences
- Playing an integral role in expanding practice offerings
- Nurturing and mentoring junior talent to strengthen the marketing strategy practice
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of agency or consulting expertise in marketing strategy and/or brand, creative, and integrated campaigns
- Extensive experience in marketing design, particularly in web experiences and digital touchpoints including CRM, media, and communication/content strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience)
- Experience with B2B tech companies
- Experience leading strategy and/or marketing programs in complex business and enterprise environments
- Strong strategic planning and research skills with the ability to shepherd strategic ideas in design and client review processes
- Subject matter expertise in digital strategy and integrated marketing, with experience designing data-driven multichannel relationship marketing strategies using web, mobile, social, email, and traditional channels
- Experience building assets for client workshops and business development
- Familiarity with how business goals influence digital KPIs and with digital marketing best practices
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited guidance

Compensation & Salary Range
Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

- Cleveland: $87,400 to $213,000
- Colorado: $94,400 to $230,000
- District of Columbia: $100,500 to $245,000
- Illinois: $87,400 to $230,000
- Maryland: $94,400 to $230,000
- Massachusetts: $94,400 to $245,000
- Minnesota: $94,400 to $230,000
- New York/New Jersey: $87,400 to $266,300
