As we expand, we\'re looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Corporate Finance Team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who wants to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Position Summary:As a Staff Accountant, you\'ll play a key role in supporting our month-end close process, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with financial reporting, and helping ensure compliance with GAAP. You\'ll collaborate across departments, work with ERP systems, and contribute to the overall success of our accounting operations.

What You\'ll Do:• Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close

• Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Maintain and update fixed asset schedules and depreciation
• Assist in preparing financial statements and internal reports
• Track and reconcile customer deposits and postage accounts
• Help with sales and use tax reporting and year-end 1099 preparation
• Assist with audits and special projects as needed

What You Bring:• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 4-5 years of accounting experience (corporate or public)
• Familiarity with general ledger functions and ERP accounting systems
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Manufacturing or direct mail industry experience is a plus!
