Sr. Medicare Program Analyst (Fully Remote)

• Build and track KPIs for MSSP performance including attribution, cost, utilization, and quality.
• Analyze HCC risk scores and claims data to identify performance gaps and cost anomalies.
• Collaborate with ACO leaders and IT to develop actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience; Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare or quantitative field.
• Experience with healthcare claims data and coding (CPT, HCPCS, diagnosis, place of service).
• Intermediate SQL and SAS; Snowflake experience preferred.
