Singh Law Firm, P.A. is a boutique law firm providing legal services in areas including business law, immigration, real estate, corporate matters, and related practice areas.

The firm is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Intern interested in gaining practical experience in professional communications, digital marketing, content development, and social media strategy within a legal-services environment.

This is an unpaid, supervised internship intended for a student, recent graduate, or individual seeking practical experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or related fields.

The internship will begin as soon as reasonably possible and will be offered for an initial 12-week term. A subsequent internship term may be considered depending on the intern’s learning objectives, academic schedule, performance, and continued interest.

About the Internship

The internship is designed to provide hands-on learning experience in how a professional organization develops and manages its digital presence.

Working with members of the firm, the intern will gain exposure to content planning, social media strategy, professional branding, audience engagement, analytics, and the particular considerations involved in communicating legal and professional-services information online.

Assignments will be supervised and structured to help the intern develop practical skills in marketing, communications, content creation, research, and professional judgment.

Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities

Under supervision, the Social Media Intern may

• Assist in developing content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Learn how to create and maintain a professional social media content calendar
• Assist with drafting, designing, and scheduling social media posts
• Develop graphics and short-form video content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
• Research legal-industry developments, community topics, and subjects relevant to the firm's audience
• Learn how professional-services organizations approach branding and online communications
• Review engagement and performance metrics and help identify trends
• Assist in evaluating ways to improve audience reach and engagement
• Participate in brainstorming sessions regarding campaigns and content themes
• Learn how ethical, professional, and confidentiality considerations affect law-firm marketing
• Assist with other supervised marketing and communications projects

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• An interest in social media, marketing, communications, digital media, or professional services
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and current digital-media trends
• Strong attention to detail
• Creativity and an eye for professional presentation
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• A willingness to receive feedback and develop new skills
• Professional judgment when working with firm-related information

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe products, or similar design or video-editing tools is helpful but not required.

Students studying marketing, communications, media, business, design, or related subjects are encouraged to apply, although no particular major is required.

• Internship hours may be coordinated around classes, examinations, and other academic commitments
