As a Senior Consultant (Research Manager), you’ll

🔍 Lead the charge on qual research projects – from design through delivery.

🧭 Guide and mentor junior team members, helping them thrive.

📊 Craft compelling, insight-driven reports and strategic recommendations.

💬 Take charge of client communication and presentations.

💼 Track project budgets and contribute to proposals and pitches.

💡 Champion smart, digital-first thinking in all things research.

The ideal candidate will have

✅ 4+ years’ experience in qual research (agency or consultancy)

✅ A passion for impactful insights and storytelling

✅ Confidence in project management, leading client interactions and contributing to business development
