π Rquirements
- Extensive backend engineering experience building highly scalable, distributed systems in production environments
- Proven experience operating services handling 20,000β30,000+ requests per second andΒ large-scale user traffic
- Deep expertise in system design, distributed architecture, concurrency, partitioning, consistency models, and performance engineering
- Demonstrated success solving complex scaling, latency, reliability, and availability challenges in mission-critical platforms
- Strong technical curiosity and the ability to independently learn new technologies, domains, and AI capabilities rapidly

- Architect and build large-scale distributed systems capable of supporting millions of users and tens of thousands of requests per second
- Design event-driven architectures, partitioning strategies, and scalable data platforms focused on reliability and fault tolerance
- Lead performance optimization across application, infrastructure, storage, networking, and caching layers
- Own systems end to end, from architecture and development through production operations and continuous improvement
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, to address complex engineering and business challenges
