• Design and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise Salesforce implementations, ensuring best practices and governance.
• Hands-on development and configuration using Apex, LWC, integrations, and platform customization.
• Drive Agentforce (AI capabilities in Salesforce) design and implementation, with proven recent project experience.
• Define data architecture, data models, and data integration strategies leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization across all Salesforce platforms.
• Manage integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
• Required: 10+ years in Salesforce ecosystem, strong certifications (e.g., Application/System Architect or equivalent), and a hands-on delivery mindset.
