to convert inbound calls into sales and increase revenue from the comfort of your home. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, focusing on identifying their needs and recommending the right products, including upselling and offering auto-shipments. Our next scheduled training class is August 27th and 28th. You must be able to attend this training to be considered for employment. What You'll Do :Answer inbound sales calls and provide a top-notch customer experience.

Convert inbound calls into sales opportunities. Identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services. Upsell and cross-sell additional products and autoshipments.

Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Efficiently and professionally resolve customer issues. What You'll Need :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong desire to learn and implement sales techniques. Basic computer proficiency.

Wired headset and webcam. Available to work on Saturdays. Must be 16 years of age or older.

Bonus Points :Call center experience. Sales experience. Prior work-from-home experience.

Reliable high-speed wired internet (20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload). PC only. No Macs, Chromebooks, or Linux.

Intel Core i3 3GHzprocessor. 8GBRAM. 100GB available hard drive space.

1440x900resolution. Dual or large monitors preferred. Laptop screens may make our work from home application difficult to navigate.

Pay and Benefits :Starting wage :$14. 05 per hour sales commission. Increased commission based on performance.

Shift differential for overnight hours. Overnight hours not available for first 30 days of employment. Medical / dental / vision available to full-time employees.

Sick pay for all employees. Part-time (20-28 hour per week) and full-time (30hours per week) schedules available..
