Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics operations for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods. Develop, implement, and refine logistical strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to schedule shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any transportation-related issues.

Analyze logistical data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistical activities, including shipping manifests, inventory levels, and delivery confirmations, using reputed company's advanced tracking systems. Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, import/export laws, and company policies.

Proactively identify potential disruptions in the supply chain and implement contingency plans to minimize impact. Act as a primary point of contact for escalated logistical inquiries from clients and internal teams. Continuously monitor market trends and carrier performance to negotiate favorable rates and service agreements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or transportation. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a remote setting.

Proficiency in logistics software and transportation management systems (TMS). Experience with systems like reputed company, reputed company, or similar enterprise solutions is highly valued. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
