Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Skylight is a technology startup building the OS of the family, known for its Skylight Calendar product. They are seeking a senior-level contract graphic designer to support growth-focused creative initiatives during Q4, particularly in paid social design.
Responsibilities
- Working with senior staff, including Senior Graphic Designers and Copywriters, to autonomously execute paid social creative
- Flexing into email design as needed
- Collaborating with channel partners to test and iterate on ideas quickly, leveraging data and insights to inform creative decision-making
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7+ years of experience
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Background in designing for paid social creative (email is a plus), with a portfolio to demonstrate those skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Highly collaborative, a self-starter, and low ego
- Experience designing for a brand that serves our demographic: parents of younger children
- Experience working on paid social in a high-growth company or agency environment
- Experience with email design to support CRM channels
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms
