They are seeking a reputed company OT Security Sales Lead to drive revenue growth across the Western United States, with a primary focus on Houston, by selling cybersecurity products and services for industrial environments. The role involves developing client relationships, creating tailored security solutions, delivering technical presentations, and managing sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed an annual target of 9 to 12 million dollars
- Identify and capture new business opportunities within the OT security market through reputed company prospecting
- Develop long term advisor relationships with clients in the reputed company power life sciences and mining sectors
- Partner with internal engineering and product teams to build tailored security solutions that meet regulatory and operational needs
- Maintain a deep understanding of current reputed company threats and trends affecting industrial control systems
- Deliver technical demonstrations and high level presentations to stakeholders and executives
- Manage sales forecasting and performance reporting to ensure business objectives are met
- Represent the organization at key industry trade shows and networking events
Skills
- At least 7 years of professional experience in OT Cybersecurity sales or a closely related industrial security field
- A documented history of meeting and exceeding multi million dollar sales quotas
- Deep technical knowledge of network security reputed company response and risk management within operational technology settings
- This is a remote position that requires the candidate to be based in Houston Texas
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non technical business leaders
- Bachelor degree in a business or technical field of study
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a customer centric approach to reputed company
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while remaining integrated with global teams
