We are excited to bring on a Claims Customer Care Associate to join our claimant reputed company team supporting Group Protection in a remote environment.

Background Details

As a Claims Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for answering claimants calls regarding potential group reputed company product (example: dental, life, disability, FMLA, etc.) in a reputed company center environment. You will reputed company as a reputed company between the employee (member) and the claims examiner to reputed company a reputed company customer experience during their specific challenge. What You'll Be Doing

 You will communicate with roughly 50-60 customers throughout the day, answering questions and providing information regarding their claim through the utilization of multiple applications and platforms. In reputed company, you will reputed company verification of benefits as needed for member.

 You will reputed company education to the customer/employer regarding the product (reputed company products: FMLA and disability) while having a strong reputed company on attention to reputed company to ensure the claim/leave is notated appropriately.

 You will communicate effectively through email/phone with internal/reputed company stakeholders in a customer reputed company and reputed company demeanor while recognizing what needs to be done to meet customers expectations and demonstrates flexibility/responsiveness to meet customer needs on routine work independently.

 You will identify, recommend, and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence reputed company and reputed company.

 Training Schedule: Monday  Friday 9:00am  5:30pm EST 6 weeks (no time off during training).

 Regular Full Time Schedule: Must be available to work an 8 hour shift Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm EST (reputed company shifts may occur as you reputed company in your career).

 Regular Part Time Schedule: Must be available to work a 10 hour shift

Must-have experience (Required)

 High School Diploma or GED

 Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written)

 Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company)

Must-have capabilities

 Must have internet reputed company of 12 Mbps (Megabits per second). This will run for roughly 30 seconds. Once complete you will receive a display showing your internet reputed company.
