Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be the backbone of hirevault’s customer support operations. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:
- Accurately entering, updating, and verifying customer data in our secure database.
- Assisting travelers with seat assignments, flight status inquiries, and baggage handling procedures.
- Managing ticket issuance, re‑issuance, and printing processes using our proprietary software.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (operations, IT, compliance) to resolve data discrepancies.
- Providing real‑time support to customers via phone, chat, and email during peak travel periods.

Essential Qualifications
