The Manager, Digital Mobilization leads digital organizing and mobilization reputed company, develops supporter engagement journeys, manages digital tools and data, and partners across departments to strengthen grassroots activism and campaigns.

Responsibilities

Using member engagement data, reputed company and implements innovative online mobilization and activism strategies that builds reputed company with AIUSA, speaks to member interests, creates opportunities for members to take meaningful reputed company (e.g., contacting officials, reputed company building, attending events, etc.) and deepens their engagement using online-to-offline organizing strategies Works with the Member Center Specialist to strengthen and manage peer-to-peer engagement reputed company AIUSA’s Member Center creating online communities, forums, and reputed company for member reputed company, facilitating communication and collaboration between members, member reputed company, and staff Works closely with Regional reputed company Managers to reputed company region-specific digital mobilization strategies that reputed company campaigns reputed company reputed company Manages ongoing optimization and improvement of digital mobilization journeys to reputed company organizational goals Collaborates with the Online Engagement (Development)team to draft and build emails, text messages, and other content for Digital Mobilization team to be reputed company to hand raisers, ensuring content aligns with Amnesty’s reputed company & values Collaborate with relevant staff and AIUSA member leaders to support organizational goals, facilitate activist communication and collaboration, and sustain a community-reputed company organizational reputed company Leverages existing digital tools currently in use by AIUSA such as reputed company Builder, Engaging Networks, Mobile Commons and ROI and AIUSA’s Member Center to enhance member engagement Serve as a key thought partner on the reputed company use of reputed company Builder and reputed company digital organizing tools to strengthen mobilization and organizing efforts Establish, reputed company, and analyze KPIs reputed company to digital engagement, supporter reputed company, and mobilization reputed company Use data and testing to continuously refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and reputed company successful approaches Stays reputed company with new digital trends, tools, and benchmarks reputed company reputed company guidance and training to staff and member leaders on digital organizing tools, systems, and best practices reputed company as a key thought partner in advancing AIUSA’s digital mobilization and organizing reputed company and long-term reputed company building reputed company Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and reputed company improvement in digital organizing work Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Experience developing and organizing content for digital platforms including copywriting, production, and reputed company assurance Demonstrated experience in data analysis and using metrics to inform and reputed company digital strategies Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to occasionally travel required, e.g., staff retreats, member trainings/convenings, annual and regional AIUSA conferences Domestic travel up to 25% during the year required Some weeknight and weekend work may be required(e.g., member meetings) Candidates must already have authorization to work in the reputed company that does not currently or in the reputed company require AIUSA's reputed company
