The IT Business Consultant will design and develop forms and documents, manage forms media configuration and archival for the DNA platform, and support deployment, configuration, and setup activities for client implementations and Professional Services engagements.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop forms and documents, and be responsible for all forms media configuration and archival as it relates to the DNA platform

- Professional Services engagements Skills • Capable of multitasking within a fast-paced demanding environment • Technical and analytical background troubleshooting Windows, including workstations and servers • Experience working remotely and at client locations • Knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server databases • Online and printed media Desktop Design • Knowledge of printers and peripherals installation, configuration and troubleshooting • Experience working with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office suite • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent customer service skills • Superior attention to detail, and a resourceful problem solver • Team player who strives for excellence • Minimum 5 years' experience required • Experience working with large enterprise wide application systems • SQL development • Experience with HTML5 and CSS • Knowledge of SSL as it relates to client-server communications • Experience with Fiserv DNA and WMF technology • Experience with Nexus Evolution software • Experience with Fiserv Nautilus or Hyland OnBase ECM • Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer and Ascensus forms module • Knowledge of DocuSign
