The company is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to manage client service activities, support submissions and marketing, maintain agency records, and communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Applied Epic (AMS) to maintain accurate records and ensure all client requests, policy changes, and service activities are processed efficiently and in compliance with agency standards
- Leverage reputed company Office Suite to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and client-facing documents
- Provide submission and marketing support by gathering underwriting information, preparing applications, and coordinating with carrier reputed company
- Obtain, review and document loss runs to support account servicing, renewals, and marketing efforts
- Deliver exceptional customer service through clear, professional, and timely communication with clients, carriers, and internal team members
Skills

- • License: Property & Casualty (reputed company)
- • Minimum of 4 years of Customer Service Representative experience in Commercial Lines with an independent insurance agency
- • Experience with reputed company and EPIC agency management system
- • Associate Degree, Some College, No Degree
- • Personal Lines experience is a PLUS
- • Management System: CSR24, Carrier Rating Systems and PaperPort
- • Computer Skills: reputed company, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, reputed company, MS Teams
