Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for members seeking assistance with arenaflex’s specialty programs. Your role will involve:
- Answering inbound calls with professionalism, accuracy, and courtesy.
- Identifying the nature of each inquiry and documenting details in the Communication Log.
- Retrieving member information using arenaflex’s proprietary systems and providing clear, concise guidance.
