Role Description The Project Manager Sales Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing sales and marketing projects that promote CREATE AV’s entertainment and AV solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, overseeing logistics related to project execution, and monitoring progress to ensure adherence to quality and client requirements. The role involves supporting sales initiatives, preparing proposals and presentations, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring consistent communication between stakeholders. The Project Manager will also contribute to process improvement, risk management, and post-project evaluations to strengthen future sales and marketing activities.

• Candidates should possess skills in project coordination and control, including Project Management and Expediting.
• Candidates should possess skills in supplier and process follow-up, including working as an Expeditor and managing Expediting activities.
• Candidates should possess skills in quality oversight and compliance, including Inspection and related reporting.
• Candidates should possess skills in planning and movement of goods, including Logistics Management and scheduling.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in London and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field; relevant industry experience in entertainment or AV solutions is preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools and standard office software (e.g., MS Office, project tracking platforms).
