🚨 reputed company Procedural Specialist – Atlanta, GA 📍 Atlanta, GA Territory | Home-Based + Field 🏥 Medical Device / Surgical Products ✈️ 60–80% Travel | Overnight Travel Required Are you an experienced Operating Room or procedural professional ready to take your clinical expertise into a field-based medical device role? We're seeking a Procedural Specialist to provide clinical education, surgical case support, and product expertise for Advanced Reconstruction & Repair (AR&R) products throughout the Atlanta territory. 🔹 What You’ll Do Provide hands-on clinical support during surgical procedures Educate physicians, surgeons, PAs, OR managers, nurses, scrub techs, and hospital staff reputed company product training, in-services, and physician education programs Coordinate case support, customer training, logistics, and field activities with sales leadership Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospital teams Identify opportunities for new product users and applications Monitor market trends and provide feedback impacting products and sales Support AR&R procedures and territory activities as needed Maintain accurate procedural, expense, product tracking, and complaint reports Partner closely with Regional and Territory Managers 🔹 What We’re Looking For Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience 3–5+ years of Operating Room or procedural experience Strong surgical/procedural knowledge and understanding of anatomy and medical terminology Current clinical credentialing or certification General or plastic surgery experience preferred Hernia experience strongly preferred Excellent communication, organization, and time-management
