We are seeking a Platform Developer / Engineer to support identity-focused platform capabilities within Deloitte's Digital Trust & Privacy offering. This role develops, configures, integrates, and maintains identity and access management (ICAM) platform capabilities, supporting automation, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement across Oracle and related identity services. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Oracle and related identity services, platform engineering, and cross-functional delivery in a dynamic environment.

The team
Digital Trust & Privacy helps organizations address identity, security, and privacy challenges across business and technology environments. The team supports the design and delivery of solutions that strengthen access management, improve governance, and enable secure enterprise transformation. This role will focus on Oracle and related identity services within a collaborative, cross-functional delivery environment.
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Remote role, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Remote role and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,700 to $179,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
