Performance Marketing Manager

We're partnering with a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer footwear brand known for bold design and a stand-out online experience, now investing seriously in performance marketing to fuel its next phase of growth.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will take true ownership of paid acquisition across Meta, Google and TikTok, with scope to pioneer newer channels such as Pinterest. You will work hands-on, from strategy through execution, with real influence over significant budgets. This role is a vital hire, as you will sit close to leadership, and your insights will directly shape commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid media campaigns, balancing performance with profitability.
• Use attribution data to guide budget allocation and scaling decisions.
• Partner with creative and e-commerce teams to maximise conversion.
• Report on key growth metrics with clear, actionable recommendations.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have

• Proven experience managing paid media within an e-commerce, retail or DTC business.
• Hands-on expertise across Meta, Google and TikTok Ads, with strong analytical instincts.
• Comfortable owning Shopify-based tracking, attribution tools and reporting.
• Commercially minded, with an eye for profitability as well as performance.
