This is an opportunity to take ownership of Partner Marketing, leading the strategy across creators, affiliates and partner ecosystems from a Soho-based London office.

With the company scaling rapidly, there is significant scope for career progression, increased leadership responsibility and the chance to help build a category-leading global brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Marketing Associates and contractors, taking accountability for partner-driven views and revenue.
  • Manage and scale affiliate programmes across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and YouTube.
  • Build and grow influencer, ambassador and external creator partnerships, owning acquisition, retention and relationship management.
  • Develop scalable seeding, sampling, outreach and partner marketing systems and playbooks.
  • Lead experimentation into emerging monetisation and partnership models, using performance insights to evolve the wider marketing strategy.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience managing and scaling TikTok Shop affiliate, influencer or creator partnership programmes.
  • Strong commercial experience owning marketing performance end-to-end and identifying the drivers behind results.
  • Experience managing, developing and scaling a marketing team.
  • Experience operating within a fast-moving social commerce, creator economy or similarly high-growth environment.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally and translating partner performance into clear commercial actions across a business.

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + 10% bonus
