What We’re Looking For • Education Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field. • Licensure Fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent). • Additional Requirements • Current malpractice insurance, Professional Liability $1,000,000/5,000,000 Aggregate • Active NPI and CAQH registration.
Your Role As an independent therapist, you will • Clinical Care • Provide ethical, culturally sensitive counseling and case management. • Conduct diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and deliver crisis intervention when needed. • Educate clients on relapse prevention, behavioral patterns, and treatment processes.
• Monitor medication compliance with support from a psychiatric nurse practitioner. • Facilitate referrals to other social services and treatment programs as necessary. • Administrative Excellence • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (intakes, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries).
• Engage in regular supervision with the clinical supervisor. • Collaborate with mental health professionals and community agencies. Perks of the Role • Earnings $70 per session (53 min +).
