About The Opportunity
PuroClean of Greater Landover is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Part-Time Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to help grow our brand, tell compelling stories, and generate new business.
We provide property restoration services throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire and smoke restoration, commercial cleaning, and other specialty property services.
We are looking for someone who can take what we do every day and turn it into content that people watch, remember, share, and act on.
This is not a position for someone who only wants to schedule posts.
We want a storyteller, content creator, marketer, and idea generator who can help us build a recognizable local brand while developing marketing campaigns that generate leads and business opportunities.
The position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time marketing role as the company continues to expand.
You will help develop and execute PuroClean of Greater Landover's digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms.

We'd Especially Like to Meet You If...
You Have Experience Marketing For Any Of The Following
Restoration, construction, home services, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, real estate, property management, insurance, cleaning services, government contracting, or another local service business.
Experience in these industries is helpful but not required. Creativity, initiative, reliability, and the ability to learn are more important.

Growth Opportunity
Our goal is to find someone who wants to grow with the company.
This position will initially be part-time, but a successful candidate could eventually grow into a:
Full-Time Marketing Specialist → Marketing Manager → Director of Marketing / Business Development
As the company grows, we want this person to have the opportunity to take greater ownership of our marketing strategy, advertising, brand development, and lead-generation efforts.
Schedule
Part-Time
Approximately 5–10 hours per week, with flexibility depending on content needs and project activity.
Some work may be completed remotely, but the candidate must be available to periodically visit our office, restoration projects, customer locations, networking events, and other locations throughout the local market to capture original content.
