Operations Lead / Executive Assistant

We are hiring a proactive ops manager EA to support the founders luxury property marketing platform and buyer intelligence startup. You will work directly with the founder to turn ideas into execution, manage projects, build SOPs, co-ordinate hiring, track deadlines, support sales and partnerships, assist with fundraising tasks, maintain operational systems, and create structure in a fast-moving start-up environment.

This is not a traditional VA or admin role. We need someone disciplined, can be a sounding board, organised, high-energy, resourceful, comfortable with AI tools, and able to take ownership without waiting for constant direction. UK-based applicants only.
