Our team is built on experience, talent, and - most importantly, attitude. We thrive in a fast-paced environment and value infinite curiosity, a people-first mindset, and a shared commitment to learning, growth, and pride in the work we do. At equipifi, we practice radical transparency, encouraging team members to move quickly, share ideas openly, and collaborate with peers who will respectfully challenge one another as we learn, build, and grow together. Success in this role comes from the ability to adapt fast, question the status quo, explore new ideas, and ask thoughtful (sometimes uncomfortable) questions— - all while maintaining momentum in service of better customer outcomes. The work we do takes a village - and in an environment that moves fast, we embrace the adventure together.

What you bring to equipifi

• You build like it's yours. You care deeply about what we're building - not because someone's watching, but because your name is on it. You're a builder and obsessed with your craft, and it shows.
• You move fast and love the ride. Ambiguity doesn't slow you down, it energizes you. You can pivot on a dime, embrace the chaos, and still deliver something great on the other side.
• Your ego doesn't show up to work. You know that building something great is a team sport. You share credit, ask for help, and make the people around you better just by being in the room.
• Warmth and professionalism aren't opposites to you. You can move fluidly between a technical deep-dive and a delicate customer moment, reading the room and showing up exactly how the situation needs.
• You dive in headfirst. You don't wait for a playbook. When something needs to get done, you figure it out, make a call, and bring others in when it counts.
• You'd do it the right way even if no one would ever know. You hold yourself to a high bar whether anyone's keeping score or not.

Almost ready to apply?

We hire for potential, perspective, and passion - not just credentials. If equipifi excites you and you believe you'd bring something real to what we're building, we want to hear from you.

Disclosure: We use AI throughout our hiring process - to help screen applications and take notes during interviews, including pulling out key answers from the conversation for our team to reference. But every decision about who moves forward is made by a person here, not an algorithm. We're small and mighty, and we like it that way. If you'd ever like a human to take a fresh look at your application, just ask.
