Requirements

for Delivery: Native Build Only, No automated HTML-to-Framer scrapers or cloner tools. The layout must be built natively using Framer’s Flexbox stacks and grids with PowerPoint-Style Editability post completion. The site structure must be built so we can easily double-click text to overwrite it, or drag-and-drop images without breaking the design boundaries.

All repeating elements must use Components with exposed image override fields on the sidebar. Typography and colors must use Global Styles. 100% Responsive, flawless layout breakpoints across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile.
