About The Role

ApartmentIQ is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to maintain, audit, and improve the quality of data used across our products. This hands-on role is responsible for directly investigating data issues, identifying root causes, executing quality-control processes, and reporting on overall data health. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to refine internal tools and test AI-assisted workflows that make data operations more efficient and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve data quality issues through direct, hands-on analysis.
• Maintain and execute data quality controls, review processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Experiment with automated and AI-assisted workflows to streamline data quality tasks.
• Track and report on data quality metrics, trends, and operational health.
• Identify recurring issues, data risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Prioritize and manage individual queue workflows to resolve high-impact issues efficiently.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain clear documentation for internal data standards and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data quality, data operations, analytics, research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with automation and AI-assisted tools in daily workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive tasks to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI agents, automated workflows, or human-in-the-loop review systems.
• Familiarity with data collection and processing pipelines.
• Experience in multifamily housing, real estate, or proptech.
