The successful candidate will oversee campaigns, manage resources, and deliver measurable results, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Day-to-day duties of the role

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Manage and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, content, events, PR, email, and social media.

Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team, ensuring high performance and professional development.

Analyse campaign performance and produce detailed reports with actionable insights and ROI tracking.

Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with lead generation and conversion goals.

Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all channels.

Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners.

Drive content strategy, ensuring high-quality and engaging content across all platforms.

Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Oversee website performance, UX improvements, and conversion rate optimisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in a marketing management role.

Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Demonstrated success in developing and delivering marketing strategies.

Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable skills include experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and paid media strategies, experience in brand development and positioning, and familiarity with data visualisation/reporting tools.
