An experienced Marketing Manager is required to take ownership of a high-profile consumer event focused on homes, gardens, lifestyle and seasonal inspiration. You’ll lead creative, integrated campaigns that grow ticket sales, build audience awareness and deliver measurable results.

Marketing Manager

This role calls for a creative and commercially minded consumer marketer who understands how to inspire audiences and turn interest into ticket sales. You’ll develop engaging campaigns for people interested in homes, gardens, lifestyle, shopping and seasonal ideas, creating a compelling customer journey before, during and after the event.

What you’ll do

• Own and deliver the marketing strategy for the event
• Drive ticket sales and audience growth through integrated campaigns
• Manage digital, email, social, PR, partnerships and outdoor activity
• Lead campaign messaging, content and creative development
• Manage pricing, promotions, budgets, timelines and performance reporting
• Build strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, influencers and promotional partners
• Use audience insight, CRM data and analytics to improve conversion and retention
• Work closely with commercial, content and operations teams

What you’ll bring

• Proven marketing experience in consumer exhibitions, attractions or live events
• Experience engaging consumer audiences and driving ticket sales
• A strong track record of audience growth and campaign conversion
• Excellent digital marketing, CRM, copywriting and creative skills
• Confidence managing budgets, agencies and multiple stakeholders
• A commercial, organised and hands-on approach
